The AHA’s BLS Course is designed for healthcare professionals and other personnel who need to know how to perform CPR and other basic cardiovascular life support skills in a wide variety of in-facility and prehospital settings.
If you are doing skills check off only, you must have completed online certificate in hand or emailed to me prior to class!

Designed for anyone with little or no medical training who needs first aid and/or CPR training and a course completion card for job, regulatory (e.g., OSHA), or other regulatory or licensing requirements. Heartsaver courses can also be taken by anyone who wants to be prepared to act in an emergency at work or home. Heartsaver courses:
• Prepare students for the most common types of first aid emergencies
• Equip them with CPR skills for adults, children, and infants
• Allows for flexible delivery, all with the most relevant AHA science and information
Covers Child CPR and AED Use Infant CPR Choking in an Adult, Child or Infant This course offers additional content topics focused on the first aid needs of Babysitters in addition to Water Safety providing general information for the best safety practices around water. The AHA also partnered with the national Stop The Bleed® campaign to provide students with comprehensive training on external bleeding. COURSE DELIVERY Delivered in two formats to meet the needs of students and offer flexibility for instructors. All formats include the same learning objectives and result in the same course completion card.
Designed specifically for workers with a reasonable chance of coming into contact with bloodborne pathogens. The course teaches employees how to protect themselves and others from being exposed to blood or blood-containing materials. This course is designed to meet OSHA requirements for bloodborne pathogens training when paired with site-specific instruction.

An ACS (American College of Surgeons) Stop the Bleed course is for people who are interested in learning this lifesaving skill for bleeding control. The American College of Surgeons Stop the Bleed program has trained nearly 4 million people including students, teachers, and community groups. We are committed to training anyone who is old enough to understand what the course teaches and is interested in learning how to STOP THE BLEED® and save a life.
