About Me

Currently, I'm balancing life like a pro---pursuing my Bachelor of Science in Nursing at UT Tyler, while working as an LVN in both the emergency room and at the Smith County Jail. It's a high-energy combination that keeps me sharp, adaptable, and deeply connected to the world of emergency medicine.

With over a decade of experience in the ER as an EMT, tech, and LVN; I've earned a lineup of advanced certifications that reflect my commitment to lifesaving care ---each one a symbol of dedication, like badges on a well-worn, trusted cape.

When I'm not working or studying, I'm enjoying life with my best friend---my husband, a Tyler firefighter---and our three energetic, amazing kids who make every day an adventure.

Teaching is one of my greatest passions. I believe learning should be personal, hands-on, and genuinely engaging. You won't find "just press play" training here. Instead, I strive to create dynamic classes where skills are practiced, questions are welcomed, and real-world application is always front and center.
